Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and collaborative individuals to join Flat’s Finance Team. As Corporate Finance Analyst, you will work under the guidance of the Corporate FInance Director and have a variety of cross-functional responsibilities. You will be responsible for performance measurement and monitoring of Flat’s businesses, including business analysis, forecasting, budgeting, building and maintaining financial models, and assisting with the enhancement and maintenance of the financial planning and reporting systems and processes. You’ll be working directly with senior management on making tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports.
       Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and ad-hoc project support to senior management
       Lead the monthly, quarterly, adn annual budgeting and forecasting processes
       Participate in strategic data analysis, research, financial modeling, and valuation analysis
       Partner with the business functions to support decision making by providing reporting, analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, providing guidance, developing insights, creating projections
       Assist with preparation of financial performance reports and presentations, provide key financial data points and summaries
Your skills
       Advanced Excel and Financial Modeling Skills
       A methodological, accurate and organized approach to their work
       Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
       Hands-on approach to all tasks and be eager to learn and develop
       Ability to take a proactive approach to achieving results
       Strong team player
       Excellent attention to detail
       Ability to multitask
Your Qualifications

       Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or another related field
       2+  years of experience working  in a Finance function
       Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
       Knowledge of Netsuite ERP (Plus)
       Experience in the Real Estate industry (Plus)
